9.1

Carrying out a project in respect of which approval to proceed was given under Part II.3 of the Environmental Assessment Act

10.

Carrying out an undertaking to which a class environmental assessment approved under Part II.1 of the Environmental Assessment Act applies and in respect of which the requirements that are necessary to proceed with the undertaking under the class environmental assessment have been satisfied

Carrying out a transit project, as defined in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 231/08 (Transit Projects and Metrolinx Undertakings), as it read immediately before the day Ontario Regulation 52/24, made under the Environmental Assessment Act, came into force, if the Minister has given a notice to proceed with the transit project under clause 12 (1) (a) or (c) of Ontario Regulation 231/08

11.1

Carrying out a transit or rail project as defined in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 231/08 (Transit and Rail Project Assessment Process) made under the Environmental Assessment Act, if the Minister has given a notice to proceed with the project under clause 12 (1) (a) or (c) of Ontario Regulation 231/08

12.

Carrying out an undertaking that, before Ontario Regulation 116/01 (Electricity Projects) made under the Environmental Assessment Act was revoked, was designated as an undertaking to which that Act applied, if,

i. the undertaking was exempted from Part II of that Act on the condition that the undertaking is carried out in accordance with the Environmental Screening Process within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 116/01, as it read immediately before it was revoked, and

ii. a Statement of Completion has been submitted to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks under the Environmental Screening Process in respect of the undertaking

13.

Carrying out an undertaking that, before Ontario Regulation 101/07 (Waste Management Projects) made under the Environmental Assessment Act was revoked, was designated as an undertaking to which that Act applied, if,

i. the undertaking was exempted from Part II of that Act on the condition that the undertaking is carried out in accordance with the Environmental Screening Process for Waste Management Projects within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 101/07, as it read immediately before it was revoked, and

ii. a Statement of Completion has been submitted to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks under the Environmental Screening Process for Waste Management Projects in respect of the undertaking

13.1

Carrying out a project that is exempt from the Environmental Assessment Act under section 12 or 25 of Ontario Regulation 50/24 (Part II.3 Projects – Designations and Exemptions) made under that Act

Submitting a Statement of Completion to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks under the Environmental Screening Process for Electricity Projects or the Environmental Screening Process for Waste Management Projects, as those terms are defined in Ontario Regulation 50/24 (Part II.3 Projects – Designations and Exemptions) made under that Act
