Amending Reg. 735 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS - NORTHWESTERN REGION)

1. Regulation 735 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Records Services Unit” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Record Services Unit”.

2. Schedule 48 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 48
DAWSON ROAD – GOLDIE LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the townships of Goldie and Blackwell and the Dawson Road Lots and Locations JK.159, JK.161, JK.162 and Gravel Pit in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-600-A4, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 15, 2023.

3. Schedule 62 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 62
VAN HORNE LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the township of Van Horne in the Territorial District of Kenora, shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-487-9, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 11, 2023.

4. Schedule 70 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 70
ZEALAND NO. 1 LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the townships of Zealand and Southworth in the Territorial District of Kenora, shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-479-5, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on April 24, 2023.

5. Schedule 87 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 87
MUTRIE LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the township of Mutrie in the Territorial District of Kenora, shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-485-6, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 15, 2023.

Commencement

6. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
