Amending O. Reg. 121/07

(TRADITIONAL MUNICIPAL TAXES, LIMITS AND COLLECTION)

1. Ontario Regulation 121/07 is amended by adding the following section:

New multi-residential property (municipal reduction) subclass

9.4 For the purposes of clause 278.1 (1) (b) of the Act, the prescribed range for the new multi-residential property (municipal reduction) subclass is between 0 and 35 per cent, inclusive.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
