Amending O. Reg. 682/21

(PRIORITY TRANSIT PROJECTS)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 682/21 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. The following extensions to the Hazel McCallion Light Rail Transit are prescribed for the purposes of clause (e) of the definition of “priority transit project” in section 2 of the Act:

1.  The extension connecting to the downtown area of the City of Mississauga in the area known as Square One.

2.  The extension connecting to the downtown area of the City of Brampton along Hurontario Street and Main Street commencing at the intersection of Steeles Avenue and Hurontario Street.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
