Amending O. Reg. 319/08

(SMALL DRINKING WATER SYSTEMS)

1. (1) Clause (a) of the definition of “plumbing” in subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 319/08 is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 332/12 (Building Code)” at the end and substituting “the building code, as defined in that Act”.

(2) Clause (a) of the definition of “treatment system” in subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 332/12 (Building Code)” at the end and substituting “the building code, as defined in the Building Code Act, 1992”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
