Amending O. Reg. 75/08

(DESIGNATIONS)

1. Ontario Regulation 75/08 is amended by striking out “Athletics Control Act” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Combative Sports Act, 2019”.

2. Table 2 of Schedule A to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 51 of Schedule 9 to the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
