Amending O. Reg. 407/21

(PILOT PROJECT — GOLF CARS)

1. Clause 4 (2) (a) of Ontario Regulation 407/21 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of subclause (i), by striking out “and” at the end of subclause (ii) and substituting “or”, and by adding the following subclause:

(iii) the Municipality of Lakeshore within the urban area of Lighthouse Cove as described in the Municipality’s Official Plan; and

2. Subsection 13 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Township of Pelee and the Township of Huron-Kinloss” and substituting “the Township of Pelee, the Township of Huron-Kinloss and the Municipality of Lakeshore”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
