Amending O. Reg. 136/98

(DESIGNATION OF GEOGRAPHIC AREAS, DELIVERY AGENTS AND DELIVERY PARTNERS)

1. (1) Item 2 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 136/98 is amended by,

(a)  striking out “City of Greater Sudbury” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “City of Greater Sudbury”.

(2) Item 7 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “City of Ottawa” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “City of Ottawa”.

(3) Item 38 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “Algoma District Services Administration Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “Algoma District Services Administration Board”.

(4) Item 39 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “District of Cochrane Social Services Administration Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “District of Cochrane Social Services Administration Board”.  

(5) Item 41 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board”.

(6) Item 42 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “District of Sault Ste. Marie Social Services Administration Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “District of Sault Ste. Marie Social Services Administration Board”.

(7) Item 44 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “District of Timiskaming Social Services Administration Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “District of Timiskaming Social Services Administration Board”.

(8) Item 45 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “Kenora District Services Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “Kenora District Services board”.

(9) Item 46 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board”.

(10) Item 47 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by,

(a)  striking out “Rainy River District Social Services Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Ministry”; and

(b)  striking out “None” in Column 3 and substituting “Rainy River District Social Services Board”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 27, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
