Amending O. Reg. 530/22
(PART VI.1 OF THE ACT)
1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 530/22 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
29.1 The City of Orillia.
(2) Paragraph 29.1 of section 1 of the Regulation, as made by subsection (1), is revoked.
Commencement
2. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on June 30, 2025.
