Amending Reg. 664 of R.R.O. 1990

(AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5 (2.3) of Regulation 664 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “$2,000” and substituting “$5,000”.

2. Paragraph 1 of subsection 16 (4.4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$2,000” and substituting “$5,000”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
