Amending Reg. 95 of R.R.O. 1990

(EXEMPTIONS)

1. Paragraph 7 of subsection 2 (2) of Regulation 95 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “sent” and substituting “delivered”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
