Amending O. Reg. 67/15

(REGISTRATION)

1. (1) Subparagraph 1 iv of subsection 6 (1) of Ontario Regulation 67/15 is revoked and the following substituted:

iv. have such other education and training, which must include one or more programs in psychotherapy that were successfully completed, together with any further education or training, or combination of education and training, that when taken together evidences, in the opinion of the Registration Committee, successful completion of a program that is substantially equivalent to a program referred to in subparagraph i or ii.

(2) Clause 6 (4) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “he or she submitted his or her application for registration” and substituting “his or her Qualifying certificate of registration was issued”.

(3) Clause 6 (4) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “he or she submitted his or her application for registration” and substituting “his or her Qualifying certificate of registration was issued”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
