Amending O. Reg. 208/19

(ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE APPROVAL IN RESPECT OF SEWAGE WORKS)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 208/19 is revoked and the following is substituted:

1. The altering, extending, enlarging or replacing is carried out under,

i. an agreement with a municipality, entered into under the Planning Act or the Development Charges Act, 1997, or

ii. an agreement between a municipality and Metrolinx or another transit authority.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
