Amending O. Reg. 102/72
(RESTRICTED AREAS - COUNTY OF ONTARIO (NOW THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF DURHAM), TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING (NOW THE CITY OF PICKERING))
1. Ontario Regulation 102/72 is amended by adding the following section:
118. (1) Despite any other provision of this Order, one single dwelling, together with accessory buildings and structures per lot, is permitted on the lands described in subsection (3) if the following requirements are met:
Maximum height for dwelling | 12 metres |
Maximum height for accessory buildings and structures | 3.7 metres |
Minimum setback from Ontario Ministry of Transportation property lines | 14 metres from all buildings and structures; |
(2) Other than the zoning requirements set out in subsection (1), there are no zoning requirements for the lands described in subsection (3).
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) apply to that parcel of land situated in the City of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham being the lands described as Part of Lot 12, Concession 6, as identified by Property Identification Number 26400-0111 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
