Amending O. Reg. 102/72

(RESTRICTED AREAS — COUNTY OF ONTARIO (NOW THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF DURHAM), TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING (NOW THE CITY OF PICKERING))

1. Ontario Regulation 102/72 is amended by adding the following section:

119. (1) Despite any other provision of this Order, one single dwelling, together with accessory buildings and structures, is permitted on the lands described in subsection (3) if the following requirements are met:

 

Minimum lot frontage	150 metres
Minimum lot area	6 hectares
Minimum front yard setback	12 metres
Minimum rear yard setback	320 metres
Minimum southern side yard setback	25 metres
Minimum northern side yard setback	60 metres

 

(2) The minimum yard setback requirements set out in subsection (1) apply to the single dwelling only.

(3) Subsections (1) and (2) apply to that parcel of land situated in the City of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham, being lands described as part of Lot 6, Concession 8, as identified by Property Identification Number 26394-0053 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
