Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Paragraph 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulation of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Cochrane — Town of Hearst
District of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Greenstone
9. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 lying between a point situate 750 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Labelle Street in the Town of Hearst in the Territorial District of Cochrane and a point situate 1265 metres measured easterly from the easterly limit of the Kenogamisis River Bridge in the Municipality of Greenstone in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay.
(2) Paragraph 15 of Part 4 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Cochrane — Town of Hearst
15. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Town of Hearst in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 15 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 15th Street and a point situate 750 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Labelle Street in the Town of Hearst.
2. (1) Paragraph 46 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Algoma — Twp. of The North Shore
46. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 310 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Handy Spot Road in the hamlet of Serpent River in the Township of The North Shore and a point situate 120 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lauzon Village Road in the hamlet of Algoma Mills in the Township of The North Shore.
(2) Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Algoma — Twp. of The North Shore, Town of Blind River
53. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 300 metres measured westerly from the centre line of the roadway known as Centre Street in the hamlet of Algoma Mills in the Township of The North Shore and a point situate 780 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Woodlawn Drive in the Town of Blind River.
(3) Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Algoma — Twp. of The North Shore
45. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 120 metres measured westerly from the centre line of the roadway known as Lauzon Village Road and a point situate 300 metres measured westerly from the centre line of the roadway known as Centre Street in the hamlet of Algoma Mills in the Township of The North Shore.
3. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 108 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
District of Parry Sound — Twps. Of McKellar and McDougall
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 124 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 1360 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sharon Park Road in the Township of McKellar and a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 400 in the Township of McDougall.
District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Whitestone — Twp. of McKellar
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 124 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 540 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Moore Drive in the Municipality of Whitestone and a point situate 1050 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sharon Park Road in the Township of McKellar.
(2) Part 4 of Schedule 108 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
District of Parry Sound — Twp. Of McKellar
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 124 in the Township of McKellar within the Territorial District of Parry Sound beginning at a point situate 1060 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sharon Park Road and extending westerly for a distance of 300 metres.
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 124 in the Township of McKellar within the Territorial District of Parry Sound beginning at a point situate 750 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sharon Park Road and extending easterly for a distance of 300 metres.
(3) Paragraph 2 of Part 6 of Schedule 108 to the Regulation is revoked and the following is substituted:
District of Parry Sound — Twp. of McKellar
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 124 in the Township of McKellar within the Territorial District of Parry Sound beginning at a point situate 750 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sharon Park Road and extending westerly for a distance of 1810 metres.
4. Part 5 of Schedule 167 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Cochrane — Twp. of Moonbeam
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 581 in the Township of Moonbeam in the Territorial District of Cochrane beginning at a point situate 600 metres north of its intersection with the northerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and extending northerly for a distance of 300 metres.
5. Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 167 to the Regulation is revoked and the following is substituted:
District of Cochrane — Twp. of Moonbeam
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 581 in the Township of Moonbeam in the Territorial District of Cochrane beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and extending northerly for a distance of 600 metres.
6. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 645 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound in the Hamlet of Byng Inlet lying between a point situate 900 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the west limit of the roadway know as Tramway Avenue easterly for 550 metres.

District of Parry Sound — Hamlet of Byng Inlet
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 645 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound in the Hamlet of Byng Inlet lying between a point situate at its intersection with the west limit of the roadway know as Tramway Avenue easterly for 900 metres.

7. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
