Amending O. Reg. 45/22

(GENERAL)

1. Clauses 24 (1) (b) and (b.1) of Ontario Regulation 45/22 are amended by striking out “the Ontario Cancer Screening Registry” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Health’s registry of chronic diseases”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of October 31, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
