Amending O. Reg. 663/98

(AREA DESCRIPTIONS)

1. (1) Schedule 10 to Part 3 of Ontario Regulation 663/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

Schedule 10

Chapleau-Nemegosenda Rivers Provincial Park, except that part situate in the Chapleau Crown Game Preserve.

(2) Schedule 102 to Part 3 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

That portion of Sandbar Lake Provincial Park in unsurveyed territory, Territorial District of Kenora containing 3,295 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said unsurveyed territory designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Plan of Sandbar Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on September 14, 2022 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

(3) Part 3 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Schedule 140

That portion of MacGregor Point Provincial Park in the geographic Township of Bruce, in the Municipality of Kincardine, and in the geographic Township of Saugeen, Town of Saugeen Shores, in the County of Bruce, containing 219 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 4 and 5, on a plan known as Plan of MacGregor Point Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 28, 2024 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
