Amending O. Reg. 612/20

(CENTRALIZED SUPPLY CHAIN ONTARIO)

1. (1) Subsection 4 (1) of Ontario Regulation 612/20 is amended by striking out “by this Regulation” and substituting “by this Regulation and by section 11.0.1 of the Ministry of Infrastructure Act, 2011”.

(2) Paragraph 1 of subsection 4 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
