Amending Reg. 347 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL — WASTE MANAGEMENT)

1. Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 3 (2) of Regulation 347 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out the portion before sub-subparagraph A and substituting the following:

ii.  the waste is not processed organic waste from a composting facility or excess soil and the waste is transferred by a generator for direct transportation to a site,

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
