Amending O. Reg. 367/11

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 144 (1) of Ontario Regulation 367/11 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

29. A transfer from Housing Development Corporation, London to the Corporation of the City of London of any interest in the real property set out in the Table to this paragraph, together with the assets, liabilities, rights and obligations related to the ownership and operation of the real property:
