Amending Reg. 623 of R.R.O. 1990

(STOP SIGNS AT INTERSECTIONS)

1. Regulation 623 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Schedules:

Schedule 3

1. Highway Nos. 542 and 551 in the Hamlet of Mindemoya in the Municipality of Central Manitoulin in the Territorial District of Manitoulin at its intersection with Highway Nos. 542 and 551.

2. Westbound on Highway No. 542, eastbound on Highway Nos. 542 and 551, southbound on Highway No. 551 and northbound on Yonge Street.

Schedule 9

1. Highway No. 6 in the locality of South Baymouth in the Township of Tehkummah in the Territorial District of Manitoulin at its intersection with the roadway known as Given Road.

2. Southbound on Highway No. 6 and southbound on the roadway known as

Given Road.

2. Paragraph 2 of Schedule 41 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

2. Eastbound and westbound on Highway No. 7 Service Road (Cavanagh Road), northbound and southbound on Appleton Side Road/Lanark County Road 17.

3. Schedule 101 to the Regulation is revoked.

4. Schedule 103 to the Regulation is revoked.

5. Paragraph 1 of Schedule 106 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “southerly junction of Highway No. 11” at the end and substituting “roadway known as Emsdale Road”.

6. Schedule 107 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Highway No. 518 in the Township of Perry in the Territorial District of Parry Sound at its intersection with the roadway known as Deer Lake Road.

2. Northbound on Highway No. 518.

7. Schedule 110 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Highway No. 551 in the Hamlet of Mindemoya in the Municipality of Central Manitoulin in the Territorial District of Manitoulin at its intersection with Highway Nos. 542 and 551.

2. Southbound on Highway No. 551, eastbound on Highway Nos. 542 and 551, westbound on Highway No. 542 and northbound on Yonge Street.

Commencement

8. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
