Amending O. Reg. 416/23

(OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 416/23 is amended by striking out “according to the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, any other Act, and any regulation, rule or by-law” and substituting “according to law and any rules, procedures and by-laws of the board”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
