Amending O. Reg. 244/97

(GENERAL)

1. Subclause 0.4 (1) (b) (ii) of Ontario Regulation 244/97 is amended by striking out “an area designated in the Schedule to the French Language Services Act” and substituting “an area designated for the purposes of clause 5 (1) (b) of the French Language Services Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 7 (3) of Schedule 13 to the Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
