Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 20 of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “a point situate 255 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the Canadian National Railway right-of-way in the community of Canfield in the Town of Haldimand” at the end and substituting “a point situate 94 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Junction Road”.

(2) Paragraph 21 of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “545 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the Canadian National Railway right-of-way in the community of Canfield” and substituting “640 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Haldimand County Highway 56/Haldimand County Road 32”.

(3) Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk — Town of Haldimand

2.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the Town of Haldimand in The Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk lying between a point situate 94 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Junction Road and extending westerly for a distance of 500 metres.

3.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the Town of Haldimand in The Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk lying between a point situate 640 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Haldimand County Highway 56/Haldimand County Road 32 and extending easterly for a distance of 533 metres.

(4) Paragraph 5 of Part 6 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “255 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the Canadian National Railway right-of-way in the community of Canfield and a point situate 545 metres measured westerly from the said intersection” at the end and substituting “594 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Junction Road and a point situate 1173 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Haldimand County Highway 56/Haldimand County Road 32”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
