Revoking Regulation 677 of R.R.O. 1990

(VARIABLE INSURANCE CONTRACTS, ISSUED BEFORE JULY 1, 1997, WITH INSURERS NO LONGER ISSUING THEM)

1. Regulation 677 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
