Amending O. Reg. 422/17

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5 (2) of Ontario Regulation 422/17 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The applicant must hold a certificate in one of the following classes and be a member in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario:

i. Certificates of registration authorizing independent practice.

ii. Certificates of registration authorizing academic practice.

iii. Provisional certificates of registration.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
