Revocation

1. Ontario Regulation 260/97 is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 30 (Protecting Farmers from Non-Payment Act (Regulating Agricultural Product Dealers and Storage Operators), 2023) to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
