Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. (1) Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following item:

 

71.1

Hold out without being holder of a CVOR certificate

subsection 16 (2.1)

 

(2) Items 83.1 to 83.5 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation are revoked.

2. The English version of the Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Ontario Regulation 643/05 under the Highway Traffic Act

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of the following days:

1.  December 31, 2025.

2.  The day subsection 5 (2) of Schedule 7 to the Strengthening and Improving Government Act, 2015 comes into force.

3.  The day this Regulation is filed.
