Amending O. Reg. 158/03

(CERTIFICATION OF RECORDINGS AND TRANSCRIPTS)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 158/03 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) Subsection (2) applies with respect to,

(a) a certificate in Form 1 regardless of the format in which it is rendered, for greater certainty; and

(b) any electronically distributed or duplicated copy of an electronic version of a certificate in Form 1.

2. The row for Form 1 in the Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by striking out “March 17, 2011” in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “February 16, 2026”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day that is five days after the day this Regulation is filed.
