Amending Reg. 941 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Clause (l) of the definition of “professional misconduct” in subsection 72 (2) of Regulation 941 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(l) failure to co-operate in an investigation conducted under the Act, including failure to supply documents or information requested as part of such an investigation,

  (l.1) failure to reply promptly and completely to any communication from the Association in which a response is requested,

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
