Amending O. Reg. 663/98
(AREA DESCRIPTIONS)
1. Schedule 116 to Part 3 of the Ontario Regulation 663/98 is revoked and the following substituted:
Schedule 116
That portion of Esker Lakes Provincial Park in the geographic Township of Bisley, in the Territorial District of Cochrane, and in the geographic Township of Morrisette in the Town of Kirkland Lake, and in the geographic Township of Arnold, in the Territorial District of Timiskaming, containing 3,285 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said geographic townships designated as Part 2 on a plan known as Esker Lakes Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on April 29, 2004 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources, and that part of the geographic Township of Morrisette, in the Town of Kirkland Lake, in the Territorial District of Timiskaming, designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Plan of the Boundary of the 2024 Esker Lakes Provincial Park Addition (Natural Environment Class), filed on December 5, 2025 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.
2. Part 3 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:
Schedule 141
That portion of Boyne Valley Provincial Park in the geographic Township of Mulmur, in the Municipal Township of Mulmur, and in the geographic Township of Melanchthon in the Municipal Township of Melanchthon, in the County of Dufferin, containing 419 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1, 2, 4 and 5 on a plan known as Plan of the 2025 Boyne Valley Provincial Park Addition (Natural Environment Class), filed on December 16, 2025 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
