Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. Ontario Regulation 340/94 is amended by adding the following section:

Evidence of ability to work in Canada

12.0.2 (1) Class A, B, C, D, E and F drivers’ licences are prescribed for the purposes of clause 5.5 (1) (c) of the Act.

(2) Despite subsection (1), a Class D driver’s licence is not prescribed for the purposes of clause 5.5 (1) (c) of the Act if it is issued by the Minister under subsection 12.0.1 (1).

(3) This section applies despite the Human Rights Code.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
