Amending O. Reg. 355/22

(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES FOR CONTRAVENTIONS DETECTED USING CAMERA SYSTEMS)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 355/22 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) This Regulation applies only in respect of administrative penalties for contraventions of provisions prescribed in section 2 and in respect of penalty orders imposing such administrative penalties.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
