Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 3 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 124 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry — Twp. Of South Glengarry
City of Kingston

3.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 lying between a point situate 1,690 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Curry Hill Road / County Road 23 in the Township of South Glengarry and a point situate 1,120 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as John F. Scott Road in the City of Kingston.

(2) Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 124 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

City of Kingston

3.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 lying between a point situate 1,120 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as John F. Scott Road in the City of Kingston and a point situate 3,300 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Gardiners Road / County Road 38 in the City of Kingston.

2. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 260 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

United Counties of Leeds and Grenville — Twp. of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal
City of Ottawa

1.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 416 in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 401 and a point situate 980 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Fallowfield Road / County Road 12 in the City of Ottawa.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 260 to the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
