(COUNTY OF HALTON (NOW PART OF THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITIES OF HALTON AND PEEL), TOWN OF OAKVILLE (NOW PART OF THE TOWNS OF HALTON HILLS, MILTON, OAKVILLE AND THE CITY OF MISSISSAUGA))

1. Sections 1 to 91 of Ontario Regulation 481/73 are revoked and the following substituted:

Deemed zoning by-law — Town of Oakville

1. Sections 1, 14 to 17, 20, 23, 24, 28, 31, 32, 39 to 41, 43 to 47, 50 to 52, 55 to 57, 59, 60, 63, 66, 69, 71, 73 to 75, 80 to 82 and 85 to 91 and Schedules 1 to 3, 6, 9, 10, 16, 17, 20, 21, 28 to 30, 32 to 35, 39 to 41, 44 to 46, 48, 49, 52, 55, 58 and 62 to 64, as they read immediately before the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 214/26 made under the Act came into force, are deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed by the council of the Town of Oakville.

2. Sections 1, 18, 19, 21, 22, 25 to 27, 29, 30, 33 to 38, 42, 48, 49, 53, 54, 58, 61, 62, 64, 65, 67, 68, 70, 72, 76 to 78, 83 and 84 and Schedules 4, 5, 7, 8, 11 to 15, 18, 19, 22 to 27, 31, 37, 38, 42, 43, 47, 50, 51, 53, 54, 56, 59, 61, 65 and 66, as they read immediately before the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 214/26 made under the Act came into force, are deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed by the council of the Town of Milton.

3. Sections 1 and 86, as they read immediately before the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 214/26 made under the Act came into force, are deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed by the council of the Town of Halton Hills.

Deemed zoning by-law — City of Mississauga

4. Sections 1 and 86, as they read immediately before the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 214/26 made under the Act came into force, are deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed by the council of the City of Mississauga.

2. Schedules 1 to 66 to the Regulation are revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
