Amending O. Reg. 287/08

(CONDUCT REVIEW PROGRAMS)

1. (1) Clause 5 (2) (a) of Ontario Regulation 287/08 is amended by striking out “second” and substituting “first”.

(2) Clause 5 (2) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “third” and substituting “second”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
