Amending O. Reg. 231/08

(TRANSIT AND RAIL PROJECT ASSESSMENT PROCESS)

1. Ontario Regulation 231/08 is amended by striking out “(Part II.3 Projects — Designations and Exemptions)” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “(Designation of Part II.3 and Part II.4 Projects)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2027 and the day this Regulation is filed.
