Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 4 of Part 3 of Schedule 18 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Leeds and Grenville — Twp. of Rideau Lakes
Twp. of Leeds and the Thousand Islands

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 15 in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville lying between a point situate 370 meters measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Briar Hill Road/Queen Street in the Township of Rideau Lakes and a point situate 750 meters measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Leeds and Grenville County Road 32 in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands.

(2) Part 3 of Schedule 18 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Leeds and Grenville — Twp. of Leeds and the Thousand Islands
City of Kingston

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 15 lying between a point situate 450 meters measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Leeds and Grenville County Road 32 in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville and a point situate 140 meters measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Middle Road in the City of Kingston.

(3) Part 4 of Schedule 18 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Leeds and Grenville — Twp. of Leeds and the Thousand Islands

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 15 in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville lying between a point situate 750 meters measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Leeds and Grenville County Road 32 and a point situate 450 metres measured southerly from the said intersection.

City of Kingston

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 15 in the City of Kingston lying between a point situate 140 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Middle Road and extending southerly for a distance of 88 metres.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
