Amending O. Reg. 147/10

(PUBLIC BODIES AND COMMISSION PUBLIC BODIES - ETHICS EXECUTIVE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVANTS)

1. (1) Item 3 of Table 1 to Ontario Regulation 147/10 is amended by striking out “Agricultural Research Institute of Ontario” in Column 1 and substituting “Agricultural Research and Innovation Ontario”.

(2) Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

Destination Ontario

President and chief executive officer

 

(3) Item 30.1 of Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Executive director” in Column 2 and substituting “President and chief executive officer”.

(4) Item 44.1 of Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Labour, Training and Skills Development” in Column 2 and substituting “Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development”.

(5) Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

(6) Item 47.1 of Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

(7) Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

(8) Item 51 of Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Chief operating officer” in Column 2 and substituting “Chief executive officer”.

(9) Item 62 of Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

(10) Item 74 of Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

(11) Item 81 of Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
