TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE COMPANIES

1. For the purposes of subsection 11 (4.1) of the Act (rate of tax), the following percentages are prescribed for the years indicated:

1. For 2000, 3 per cent.

2. For 2001, 2 per cent.

3. For 2002, 1 per cent.

4. For 2003 and subsequent years, 0 per cent.
