Canadian Bungee code of Safe Practice

1. The Canadian Bungee Code of Safe Practice, as amended by the Director by order dated July 5, 2000, is hereby adopted by reference as a regulation under the Act.  

2. The standards, procedures and requirements of the Code shall be complied with by all persons who erect, operate or maintain a bungee ride or bungee type device as defined in the Code.
