policy statements

1. The policy statement dated June 1, 2000 and entitled “Tying Child Care Fee Subsidies and Ontario Works Child Care Assistance to Eligible Hours of Care” is prescribed as a policy statement which shall be applied in the interpretation and application of the Act and the regulations made under the Act.

2. This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2000.
