1. Section 22 of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) A laboratory service is not an insured service unless, in addition to meeting the requirements of subsection (1) or (2), the service is listed in the schedule of laboratory benefits.
