Amending O. Reg. 285/98

(Legislative Grants for the Period January 1, 1998 to August 31, 1998)

1. Subsection 10 (1) of Ontario Regulation 285/98 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

10. Add the amount specified for the board in section 22.1, if applicable.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

Adjustment for Change in Board Support

22.1 (1) For the purpose of paragraph 10 of subsection 10 (1), the amount specified for the Rainbow District School Board is $802,609.

(2) For the purpose of paragraph 10 of subsection 10 (1), the amount specified for the Conseil scolaire de district catholique du Nouvel-Ontario is $323,522.
