Amending O. Reg. 447/94

(Ontario Tax Credit System)

1. Paragraph 2 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 447/94 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. Hospitals listed in Group F or G in the list of public hospitals maintained under subsection 32.1 (2) of the Public Hospitals Act.

2. This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on May 1, 2000.
