Amending O. Reg. 722/93

(Filing Dates)

1. (1) The Table to paragraph 1 of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 722/93 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “March 31” and substituting “March 1”.

(3) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(5) Despite the rules governing filing dates set out in this section, the date for filing a farming business registration form is 10 years from the date of the last filing in the case of an individual, corporation or entity with respect to which an order of waiver of payment is made by the Tribunal under section 22 of the Act.
