(Restricted Skill Sets)

1. Section 13 of Ontario Regulation 565/99 is revoked and the following substituted:

Water Meter Installer

13. (1) Each of the following skills is designated as a restricted skill set for the purposes of the Act:

1. Engaging in the installation, removal, maintenance and testing of water meters, up to and including water meters with a 25 millimetre inlet and outlet.

(2)  For the purposes of section 12 of the Act, the occupation of water meter installer is defined to include the restricted skill sets referred to in subsection (1).
