Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 32 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Twps. of Clearview and Vespra

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Township of Clearview in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 130 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Phillip Street in Stayner and a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of Simcoe Road in the Township of Vespra.

(2) Part 3 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Simcoe — Township of Clearview

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Township of Clearview in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 70 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wyant Drive in Stayner and a point situate 50 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Bay Sands Drive in Wasaga Beach.

(3) Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 4 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation are revoked.

(4) Part 6 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Simcoe — Township of Clearview

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Township of Clearview in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as North Street in Stayner and a point situate 70 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wyant Street.

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Township of Clearview in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mowat Street and a point situate 130 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Phillip Street in Stayner.
