Amending O. Reg. 412/00

(Elections to and Representation on District School Boards)

1. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 412/00 is amended by striking out “Ontario Property Assessment Corporation” and substituting “Municipal Property Assessment Corporation”.

(2) Subsection 2 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ontario Property Assessment Corporation” and substituting “Municipal Property Assessment Corporation” in the portion before clause (a).
